Job description:
As an all-rounder, you will be the central figure between our customers, technicians, and internal departments. You will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative processes within the company run smoothly and effectively.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Answer, follow up on, and process phone calls from customers and technicians.
- Act as a point of contact for our technicians and other internal departments.
- Prepare, distribute, and track projects and planning.
- Adapt flexibly to unforeseen circumstances and changes.
- Provide customer service.
Your profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration, preferably in managing accurate records.
- Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office.
- Organized, precise, and disciplined work approach.
- Proactive with a strong sense of quality and attention to detail and structure.
- Excellent team player; colleagues can always count on you.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English. Spanish is a nice plus.
- Customer and service-oriented, with a friendly approach to customers and technicians.
- Time management skills.

Job description
As a Calculator at our solar panel company, you will play a crucial role in developing competitive and accurate quotes for commercial and industrial solar panel installations, battery storage systems (BESS), and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to provide the best solutions to our customers and successfully compete in tenders.
Responsibilities
- Quotes and Tenders:
- Analyze technical specifications and customer requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates and quotes.
- Design and optimize PV systems, battery storage, and charging infrastructure based on customer needs and available space.
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to find the most cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare documents and materials for tender processes.
- Cost Calculations:
- Calculate material costs, labor costs, and other project-related expenses.
- Monitor price developments in the market and stay up to date with the latest technologies and products.
- Technical Evaluation:
- Perform feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for potential projects.
- Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure quotes meet all technical requirements and standards.
- Project Management Support:
- Assist project managers in developing project schedules and budgets.
- Contribute to risk analyses and propose mitigation measures.
Requirements
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, sustainable energy, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the solar energy, battery storage, or EV charging infrastructure sector.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of PV systems, battery storage systems, and EV charging infrastructure.
- Familiarity with relevant design and calculation software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools).
- Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Analytical Skills:
- Excellent skills in analyzing and interpreting data to make accurate cost estimates.
- Ability to perform risk analyses and cost-benefit analyses.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely to non- technical stakeholders.
